| School Librarian Eligibility Test | Candidate must be an Indian citizen and a resident of Bihar. The candidate must have the prescribed qualification under the Bihar School Librarian rules and must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 45% marks from a recognised university, along with a recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science. The prescribed minimum marks are relaxed by 5% for eligible SC, ST, EBC, BC, PwD, Women and EWS candidates who are residents of Bihar, as stated in the notification. |

Important: The qualifying percentage will be determined on
the basis of the Normalized Score where normalization is applicable.
The notification specifically states that qualifying/non-qualifying status
