SBI PO 2026 Complete Selection Process

  1. Phase-I (Preliminary Examination): Objective test of 100 marks (English, Quant, Reasoning) used purely for screening/shortlisting for Phase-II.
  2. Phase-II (Main Examination): Objective test (200 marks) + Descriptive test (50 marks). Marks obtained in Mains are counted toward final merit.
  3. Phase-III (Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview): Psychometric profile assessment followed by Group Exercise (20 marks) and Personal Interview (30 marks) – Total 50 marks.
  4. Final Merit Listing: Phase-II (converted to 75 marks) + Phase-III (converted to 25 marks) normalized out of 100 marks for final appointment list.
